| 摘 要： | 本文报告1例高血压患者在腹腔镜肝切除术中发生顽固性循环衰竭以及多学科医师的诊疗体会。该个案提示手术医师及麻醉医师应重视术前停用血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂，以防止顽固性低血压的发生。此外，重症监护采用EV1000血流动力学监测系统为临床液体管理决策带来更大的便利，值得更多医院和重症监护室推广。

A case of circulatory collapse during laparoscopic hepatectomy |

| Abstract: | We report a case of intractable circulatory failure event in a hypertensive patient during laparoscopy hepatectomyand analyze the diagnosis and treatment by multidisciplinary physicians. This case suggests that both surgeons andanesthesiologists should give attention to oral angiotensin II receptor antagonist during the preoperative period to avoidrefractory hypotension. In addition, the use of EV1000 hemodynamic monitoring system in intensive care provides moreconvenience for clinical liquid management. |
