摘    要:艰难梭菌是导致抗生素相关性腹泻和医院感染性腹泻的最主要病原菌。在欧美等发达国家及地区,艰难梭菌感染都有较高的发病率和死亡率,因此受到高度关注。相比,国内艰难梭菌的研究数据还相对匮乏,尤其临床对其对常用抗生素的耐药性还认识不足。因此,本文就艰难梭菌的耐药性和耐药机制的最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Clostridium difficile is the major cause of antibiotic associated diarrhea and hospital acquired infectious diarrhea. In developed countries and regions, C. difficile infections have high morbidity and mortality and have received broad attention. In comparison, China's data on C. difficile, especially on its resistance to commonly used antibiotics, is limited. Hence, this paper reviews the latest research progress on resistant status of C. difficile and its resistant mechanism.
