| 摘 要： | 目的 了解江阴市活禽交易市场外环境和职业暴露人群禽流感病毒的感染状况，为人感染禽流感防控措施提供科学依据。 方法 环境样品检测A型禽流感病毒（AIV），职业暴露人群进行问卷调查并检测禽流感病毒亚型HI抗体。结果 共采集外环境标本532份，AIV总阳性率为48.87%。不同年份阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2 = 60.17，P＜0.05），第四季度阳性率最高为66.67%。笼具表面擦拭样本阳性率最高为62.65%，不同标本间阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2 = 20.17，P＜0.05）。共调查职业暴露人群16人，文化水平偏低，防护意识较差。禽流感病毒亚型HI抗体总阳性率为18.75%。结论 应加强江阴市活禽交易市场外环境的消毒工作，针对职业暴露人群进行健康教育，提高防护意识，同时进一步加强AIV溯源和职业人群监测工作，降低人感染禽流感的风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the infection status of avian influenza A virus in occupational exposure population and external environment in Jiangyin, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of human infected avian influenza virus (AIV). Methods The collected environmental samples were used to detect the avian influenza A virus. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the occupational exposure group and the peripheral blood was collected for serum isolation. Results There were 532 samples collected from external environment, with total positive rate of AIV was 48.87%. The positive rate in different years was statistically significant(χ2 = 60.17, P<0.05). The positive rate in the fourth quarter was 66.67%. The positive rate of the caged samples was 62.65%, and the difference in positive rate of different specimens was statistically significant (χ2 = 20.17, P<0.05). A total of 16 occupational exposure persons were investigated. Their cultural level was low, and their protection consciousness was poor. The total positive rate of HI antibody was 18.75%. Conclusion The environmental disinfection should be strengthened in the live poultry trading market. At the same time, we should raise awareness of occupational exposure, strengthen the health of the key population, reduce the risk of avian influenza infection, improve the monitoring program, strengthen the monitoring of the trace source and the occupational population, and reduce the risk of avian influenza to human beings. |
