| 摘 要： | 目的 定量评价低出生体重等因素在成人期原发性肾病发生中的作用,探讨成人期原发性肾病的危险因素,为今后研究原发性肾病的发病机制提供理论依据。方法 收集400例原发性肾病患者和400例健康者的人口学、社会学特征、出生史和实验室指标等临床特征,应用非条件Logistic多因素模型进行分析处理。结果 低出生体重并不能成为成人期原发性肾病的一个独立致病因素;年龄、性别、焦虑总粗分值、载脂蛋白B、血小板为原发性肾病的危险因素;文化程度和载脂蛋白A1为原发性肾病的保护因子。结论 成人期原发性肾病发生与多种因素有关,本研究显示,年龄、性别、焦虑总粗分值、载脂蛋白B、血小板是其发生的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the risk factors such as low birth weight and the role in the pathogenesis of the adult primary nephrotic disease, and provide a theory basis for further study of the disease. Methods The clinical features such as demographic, sociology, birth history, and laboratory indicators of the 400 patients with adult primary nephrotic disease and 400 healthy people were investigated and analyzed by multiple-factor analysis. Results Low birth weight is not an independent risk factor for the adult primary nephrotic disease, and the age, gender, anxiety, apolipoprotein B and platelet are the risk factors of primary nephrotic disease. Otherwise, education and apolipoprotein A1 are protective factors of the disease. Conclusions The adult primary nephritic disease is related to multiple factors. Age, gender, anxiety, apolipoprotein B, platelet are the risk factors of the disease. |
