| 摘 要： | 目的运用前瞻性护理安全管理办法，从前瞻性管理上预防护理不良事件发生。方法从容易发生护理不良事件的不安全因素入手，运用防患于未然的护理安全管理办法。结果护理不良事件发生例数和发生率明显下降，患者满意度显著提高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论运用前瞻性护理安全管理办法，起到了预防为主，消除安全隐患，保证护理安全的重要作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo use prospective nursing measures for the management of security, prevention of nursing adverse events from the forward-looking management. MethodsFrom the easy to the unsafe factors of nursing adverse events, using the nursing safety management way to nip in the bud. ResultsNursing adverse events occurred significantly lower incidence of cases and, patient satisfaction increased significantly, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionUsing prospective nursing safety management measures, the prevention and eliminate the safety hidden trouble, the important role of guarantee nursing safety. |
