摘    要:目的 为提高阿奇霉素分散片的质量,研究崩解剂对其分散性的影响. 方法选择羧甲基淀粉钠、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及其他适宜辅料,制备处方. 结果 选择羧甲基淀粉钠作崩解剂及恰当的制剂工艺可以明显提高阿奇霉素分散片的质量. 结论 该处方合理稳定,溶出度和分散均匀性好.

Abstract:Objective To study impact of disintegrants on the uniformity of tablets’ disperse for improving the quality of azithromycin dispersible tablets.Methods Sodium carboxymethyl starch,crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone and other suitable ingredients were used to prepare the tablets.Results The sodium carboxymethyl starch and proper preparation significantly enhanced the quality of azithromycin dispersible tablets.Conclusion The preparation is reasonable and stable,which is evenly dispersed and well dissolved.
