放疗计划平面剂量分布验证中不同分辨率对通过率的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨放疗计划平面剂量分布验证中不同输出分辨率对通过率的影响。方法:选取我院2017年03月至2018年03月收治的调强放疗患者40例,针对患者进行放疗计划平面剂量分布验证,选择不同评价标准(3 mm/3%、2 mm/2%和1 mm/1%),分析在不同评价标准下Gamma通过率的变化。根据评价标准,分析在不同输出分辨率(0.6 mm、1 mm、2 mm、3 mm、4 mm、5 mm、6 mm)下Gamma通过率的变化情况。选取不同射野(30 cm×30 cm与40 cm×40 cm),分析Gamma通过率的变化。结果:以3 mm/3%为标准的Gamma通过率高于2 mm/2%、1 mm/1%,且2 mm/2%的Gamma通过率高于1 mm/1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当输出分辨率为3 mm时,无论采用何种评价方式,通过率均有明显下降,其中输出分辨率为4 mm、5 mm、6 mm时的Gamma通过率低于0.6 mm、1 mm、2 mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无论选择何种输出分辨率,3 mm/3%的Gamma通过率始终高于2 mm/2%、1 mm/1%,且2 mm/2%的通过率始终高于1 mm/1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30 cm×30 cm射野下的Gamma通过率高于40 cm×40 cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着输出分辨率越高,Gamma通过率越低,以3 mm/3%作为评价标准时通过率最高,与40 cm×40 cm射野相比,30 cm×30 cm射野下的通过率更高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of different resolutions on the pass rate in the verification of planar dose distribution of radiotherapy plan.Methods:40 patients with intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected to verify the planar dose distribution of the radiotherapy plan.Different evaluation criteria(3 mm/3%,2 mm/2%and 1 mm/1%)were selected to analyze the change of Gamma pass rate under different evaluation criteria.According to the evaluation criteria,the changes of Gamma throughput under different output resolutions(0.6 mm,1 mm,2 mm,3 mm,4 mm,5 mm,6 mm)were analyzed.Different fields(30 cm×30 cm and 40 cm×40 cm)were selected to analyze the change of Gamma throughput.Results:The Gamma-ray passing rate of 3 mm/3%was higher than 2 mm/2%and 1 mm/1%,and that of 2 mm/2%was higher than 1 mm/1%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the output resolution was 3 mm,no matter what evaluation method was used,the pass rate decreased obviously.The pass rate of Gamma-ray at 4 mm,5 mm and 6 mm output resolution was lower than 0.6 mm,1 mm and 2 mm,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Regardless of the output resolution,the pass rate of 3 mm/3%was always higher than 2 mm/2%and 1 mm/1%,and the pass rate of 2 mm/2%was always higher than 1 mm/1%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Gamma-ray pass rate under the field of 30 cm×30 cm was higher than that under 40 cm×40 cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher the output resolution is,the lower the pass rate of Gamma is.The pass rate is the highest when 3 mm/3%is used as the evaluation criterion.The pass rate under 30 cm×30 cm field is higher than that under 40 cm×40 cm field.
