手指屈肌腱粘连的研究进展

摘    要:目的 探讨手指屈肌腱粘连的原因、治疗及预防的研究进展。方法 以指屈肌腱、肌腱粘连、肌腱愈合为关键词,在PubMed、CNKI、万方数据等数据库中使用计算机检索2016年6月之前的有关手指屈肌腱粘连的原因、治疗及预防的相关文献,进行分析总结。结果 手指屈肌腱粘连原因是因为屈肌腱损伤和腱周环境的破坏,导致外源性愈合参与过多形成肌腱粘连。通过手术锐性分离肌腱粘连组织,修复或重建腱周组织,可治疗屈肌腱粘连;而通过应用生物屏障、采用防粘连药物和改良的缝合方法等能有效预防屈肌腱粘连。结论 根据手指屈肌腱粘连原因,屈肌腱粘连应以预防为主。在损伤修复过程中,行多种方法综合干预,可有效减少手指屈肌腱粘连的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the research progress on the anatomical mechanism and treatment of finger flexor tendon adhesion.Methods We searched the references by using the key words of finger flexor tendon, tendon adhesion, tendon healing in PubMed data base, CNKI data base, and Wanfang data base as of June 2016 by computer, and analyzed the correlative references.Results Finger flexor tendon adhesion was due to flexor tendon injury and destruction of the environment around the tendon, which resulted in excessive exogenous healing to form tendon adhesion. The flexor tendon adhesion could be treated by the surgical tendon adhesion tissue, repair or reconstruction of tendon tissue; The flexor tendon adhesion could be effectively prevented by the application of biological barrier, the use of anti-adhesion drugs and improved suture method.Conclusions According to the cause of adhesion of flexor tendon adhesion, clinical treatment should be based on prevention in the repair of injury by a variety of Methods of intervention, and it can effectively reduce the occurrence of finger flexor tendon adhesion.
