Abstract: | Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus is rare in children. Most patients respond well to conventional therapy with prednisone, hydroxychloroquine, or both. Other case reports and small series have reported successful clearance with rituximab in adults. We report an adolescent who obtained remission with rituximab after failing conventional therapy. |
