摘 要: | 航天失重可引起心血管功能失调,是威胁航天员健康和安全的主要因素之一。发展新型失重防护措施将有力提升我国航天医学保障能力。近年研究表明,穴位刺激可部分对抗模拟失重引起的心血管功能失调,维持人体立位耐力。本文简要阐述了失重致心血管功能失调的发生机制和防护措施研究进展,重点论证了基于穴位刺激的失重生理效应防护作用的理论依据,全面总结了穴位刺激对抗失重致心血管功能失调的实验研究,对进一步阐明失重致心血管功能失调的机制,发展新型失重生理效应防护措施具有一定理论意义。

Abstract: | Weightlessness during space flight causes cardiovascular deconditioning which is one of the main factors threatening the health and safety of astronauts. The development of new protective countermeasures will effectively enhance space medical service capabilities. Recent studies have shown that acupoint stimulation can partially counteract cardiovascular deconditioning induced by simulated weightlessness and maintain orthostatic tolerance. This paper briefly presents the progress of the study on the mechanism and countermeasures of cardiovascular deconditioning induced by weightlessness, focuses on the theoretical basis of the protective effect of weightlessness based on acupoint stimulation and summarizes the experimental research of acupoint stimulation against weightlessness-induced cardiovascular deconditioning. This paper has certain theoretical significance for further clarifying the mechanism of weightlessness-induced cardiovascular deconditioning and developing new countermeasures. |
