| 摘 要： | 目的:分析沧州市2007年~2010年泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及耐药性,为临床提供经验用药。方法:采用珠海迪尔公司的支原体鉴定及药敏试剂盒来检测泌尿生殖道标本,回顾性分析支原体培养和药敏试验结果。结果:共分析了3 210例标本,支原体检出率为40.46%;其中解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、混合型(Mh+Uu)检出率分别为30.3%、1.31%、8.85%。支原体对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素的敏感率在90%以上,左氧沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星的敏感率较低。结论:Uu的感染率最高;经验治疗应使用交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze urogenital myeoplasma infection and its antibiotic susceptibility from 2007 to 2010 in Cangzhou city,and instruct reasonable application of antibiotics.Methods:The urogenital secretion specimen were identifled and their antibiotic susceptibility were detected with Mycoplasma Reagent Box from Zhuhai DL.The result of mycoplasma cultivation and the sensitivities to antibiotics were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of mycoplasma in 3210 samples were 40.46%;the Uu,Mh,Uu+Mh were 30.3%、1.31%、8.85% respectively.JOS,DOXand MIN showed the most sensitive;the lower rate of sensitivity was LEV,CIP,OFL.Conclusion:The Uu infection rate was highest than the others.For experiential therapy,JOS,DOX and MIN are better. |
