塔北地区钻井扭力冲击器应用条件下录井技术研究

摘    要:塔北地区油藏储层埋藏深、地质条件复杂,导致机械钻速低,钻井周期长。在三叠系—奥陶系钻井中引入TorkBuster扭力冲击器。该技术首次引入塔北地区,与之相应的录井技术还未成熟,现场开展了扭力冲击器应用条件下的录井技术研究。TorkBuster的应用对录井作业的的影响主要集中在钻时录井、岩屑录井、气测录井、工程录井、迟到时间以及荧光录井6个方面,通过对影响机理的分析,结合塔北地区的应用情况分别提出利用改进的标准钻时法消除对钻时录井的影响,提出工程录井参数识别及岩屑录井岩性识别研究方向,探讨复杂条件下迟到时间计算方法等,以期为录井行业应对扭力冲击器使用带来的影响提供借鉴。

Abstract:Owing to large burial depth and complex geological conditions,the reservoir in Tabei Area is characterized by low rate of penetration and long drilling cycle.Therefore, we introduced TorkBuster torsion impact apparatus in Triassic-Ordovician reservoirs during drilling.It is the first time that TorkBuster was introduced into Tabei Area, and there was no mature corresponding logging technology.So we conducted research on logging technology with the application of torsion impact apparatus.The application of TorkBuster exerted impact on logging in terms of logging while drilling, debris logging, gas logging, engineering logging, and time-lapse logging.Through analysis on impact mechanism, combined with the application, we proposed to utilize improved standard logging while drilling to eliminate the effect, and put forward the research directions of engineering logging parameters recognition and debris logging lithology recognition, and discussed the method for lag time calculation, with an aim to provide reference for logging industry to cope with the impact from application of torsion impact apparatus.
