火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鸦胆子中6种元素的含量

摘    要:
目的建立测定2个产地的中药鸦胆子中6种元素镍、铁、锰、锌、铜、铬含量的方法。方法采用硝酸-高氯酸(体积比4∶1)消解系统处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鸦胆子中6种元素的含量,并采用加样回收试验来验证方法的准确性。结果产地为海南澹州的鸦胆子各元素的回收率在89.8%~110.0%之间,镍、铁、锰、锌、铜5种元素的含量依次为3.15、9.63、7.97、5.24、9.57μg.g-1;产地为广西玉林的鸦胆子各元素的回收率在81.6%~104.2%之间,5种元素的含量依次为3.20、12.27、8.76、4.58、7.73μg.g-1。2个产地的鸦胆子中铬元素,由于含量低于仪器的定量限,无法测得含量。结论建立的火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定鸦胆子中6种元素的含量,简便、快速,为今后进一步综合开发利用鸦胆子提供参考。

Abstract:
Objective To determine the contents of six elements in Bruceae Fructus, which from different places. Methods Air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine the contents of six elements in Bruceae Fructus after pretreatment of the solution with HNO3-HClO4(V:V=4:1). Results The recovery rates were 99.2%-110.0%, 95.1%-104.6%, 89.9%-102.6%, 98.2%-108.3%, 89.8%-97.8%, respectively, in Hainan; the recovery rates were 85.8%-104.2%, 93.5%-100.0%, 85.2%-89.7%, 83.4%-100.8%, 81.6%-91.5%, respectively, in Guangxi. The contents were 3.15, 9.63, 7.97, 5.24, 9.57 µg·g-1, respectively, in Hainan; the contents were 3.20, 12.27, 8.76, 4.58, 7.73 µg·g-1, respectively, in Guangxi. The content of chrome wasn’t determined because it was lower than instrument measured LOQ. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid for traditional Chinese medicine. The results obtained will offer some basic references for the study on Bruceae Fructus.
