| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胃袖状切除术治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及安全性，为多囊卵巢综合征的治疗提供参考方法。 方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年12月住院接受腹腔镜胃袖状切除术的多囊卵巢综合征13例患者病历资料，对术后1个月、3个月、6个月及1年时的体重、月经、皮肤、毛发、性激素等变化进行电话随访。 结果13例患者均无手术并发症发生，在术后随访中多囊卵巢综合征症状均有不同程度减轻。 结论腹腔镜胃袖状切除术是治疗多囊卵巢综合征安全且有一定疗效的手段。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, and to provide a feasible new method for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. MethodsRetrospective analysis of medical history of 13 patients who had polycystic ovary syndrome and underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2015 to December 2017 was performed. Telephone follow-up was conducted at the time of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the surgery, the changes of menstruation, skin, hair, sex hormones and etc were investigated. ResultsNo complications occurred in 13 cases. The symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome were relieved in different degrees after the surgery. ConclusionLaparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. |
