护理本科生职业精神现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:
目的 调查护理本科生的职业精神现况,探究其影响因素,为加强护理本科生职业精神教育提供参考。方法 使用一般资料调查表、中文版Hall职业精神评定量表,选择四川省4所院校护理本科生为调查对象,使用问卷星平台并通过QQ、微信等媒介,于2020年3月9—13日进行网络调查。共收取有效问卷467份。结果 护理本科生职业精神总分为(69.83±9.01)分。多元线性回归分析显示:性别、报考原因、护生护理从业意愿、护生职业认可度以及榜样人物示范作用是护理本科生职业精神的影响因素,共解释变异的28.0%。结论 护理本科生的职业精神处于中上水平,受到性别、报考原因及榜样人物等因素影响。护理教育工作者可通过营造好的成长环境、合理设置专业课程、加强榜样事迹示范等途径加强培养和提升护生职业精神。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the current status of professionalism in nursing undergraduates and its influence factors,and to provide reference for future education of nursing professionalism.Methods Nursing undergraduates from 4 universities in Sichuan completed online survey powered by www.wjx.cn with forwarding links in QQ and WeChat from 9 to 13 March,2020.A total of 467 valid questionnaires were gathered.Results The total scores of nursing professionalism was 69.83±9.01 Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that gender,reason for choosing the major,career intention,professional recognition and demonstration effect of role models were mainly associated with nursing professionalism,accounting for 28.0% of the total variance.Conclusion Professionalism level of nursing undergraduates is in a moderate or above level,which is influenced by many factors such as gender,reason for choosing the major and demonstration effect of role models.Good environment for the growth,reasonable professional courses,promotion of demonstration effect of role models are beneficial to the improvement of professionalism of nursing undergraduates.
