| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Erigeron breviscapus injection combined with citicoline on cerebral blood circulation and TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods From August 2017 to July 2019,150 elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were simply randomized into three groups,each with 50 patients.Control group A was treated with citicoline,control group B with breviscapine injection,and observation group with breviscapine injection and citicoline.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,Barthel index,blood flow velocity (VM),resistance index (RI),vascular pulsation index (PI),plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation rate,serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA),TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway related proteins of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control A and B groups (P＜0.05); the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control A and B groups and the Barthel index was higher than that of the control A and B groups (P＜0.05); after the treatment course,the Vm level in the observation group was higher than that in the control A and B groups,and the PI,RI,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,and red blood cell aggregation rate were lower than those in the control A and B groups (P＜0.05);after the end of the treatment period,the serum MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control A and B groups,and the SOD level was higher than that in the control A and B groups (P＜0.05); after the treatment period,the expressions of TLR4 and NF-κB protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control A and B groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus injection combined with citicoline in the treatment of senile acute ischemic stroke,which can significantly improve the hemodynamics and hemorheology of patients,inhibit oxidative stress,regulate TLR4/NF-κB signal pathway,promote the recovery of nerve function,and improve the ability of daily life activities,the effect is significant. |
