| 摘 要： | 目的评价隐血珠对食管癌、胃癌筛查试验的真实性和可靠性。方法以胃镜检查加病理确诊为诊断“金标准”,用隐血珠筛查食管癌、胃癌进行比较研究。结果隐血珠筛查阳性率为10.96%(213/1943),胃镜癌检出率6.2%(120/1943).隐血珠筛查试验的敏感度为37.5%,特异度为90.8%,正确指数为28.3%,准确度为87.5%。结论该项方法确有快速、简便、经济、安全、真实可靠及易被群众接受特点,是一个食管癌、胃癌筛查的先进方法,具有很高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the validity and reliabity of screening test of occult blood bead detector on esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.MethodsTo study the screening test of occult blood bead detector on esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.Gastric lens and pathology were/gold level0.ResultsThe positive rate of occult blood detector was 10.96% (213/1 943).Incidence of gastriclens cancer was 6.2% (120/1 943).Sensitivity of occult blood detector was 37.5%.Specificity was 90.8%.Yonden's index was 28.3%.Agreement was 87.5%.ConclusionThe methods was fast,simple economic, safe,real and easily accepted by mass.It was advenced methods with high value. |
