| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的 了解性病门诊性病及HIV感染特点和趋势。方法 对中国医学科学院皮肤病研究所有关性病和HIV血清监测资料进行分析。结果 9年共报告性病13717例，历年来病例数居高不下，构成比居于前三位病种为:尖锐湿疣（39.5%）、梅毒（23.6%）、淋病（20.8%）。20～49岁性活跃居多，男性患者是女性的2.7倍.梅毒和反复发作尖锐湿疣患者HIV感染率为6.3%。结论 在性病门诊开展HIV血清监测和行为干预应作为一项常规工作，这对性病艾滋病防控有着极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective To find the features and trends of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) and HIV infection in STD clinic. Methods We analyzed the data of clinic STD and determination of serum HIV in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Institute of Dermatology. Results We reported a total of 13717 cases of sexually transmitted diseases. Over the years the number of cases was high. The constituent of the top three were: condyloma acuminatum (39.5%), syphilis (23.6%), and gonorrhea (20.8%). Patients of 20-49 years old were in the majority of active. Male patients were 2.7 times higher than women. Syphilis and recurrent condyloma cuminatum patients with HIV infection rate was 6.3%. Conclusion Carrying out the extermination of serum HIV and behavioral intervention on STD clinics should be used as a routine work. It played a very important role in AIDS prevention and control. |
