| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的 了解玉溪市居民死因情况和变化趋势。方法 对居民死因监测的人口死亡资料进行统计分析。结果 2009-2014年居民粗死亡率分别为:528.34/10万、593.92/10万、648.47/10万、637.52/10万，677.11/10万和660.03/10万，6年来男性死亡率均高于女性（P＜O.05），居民粗死亡率有增高趋势（趋势χ2＝405.42，P＜O.05），影响玉溪市居民死亡的前5位死因是脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病和伤害。脑血管疾病占据死因第1位。结论 慢性非传染性疾病当前已成为危害玉溪市居民健康的主要疾病，要高度重视慢病综合防治。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective The objective of the study was to assess the causes of death and their trends of change in Yuxi City. Methods Population data on deaths obtained from death causes surveillance among the residents was statistically analyzed. Results Crude death rates among the residents between 2009 and 2014 were 528.34/100 000, 593.92/100 000, 648.47/100 000, 637.52/100 000, 677.11/100 000, and 660.03/100 000, respectively. Over the 6 years, the death rates was higher among male than that among female (P<0.05), and the crude death rates showed an increasing trend (χ2=405.42, P<0.05). The top five causes of death among the residents in Yuxi City were cerebrovascular disease, respiratory disease, malignant tumor, heart disease, and injury. Cerebrovascular disease was the leading cause of death. Conclusion Chronic non-infectious diseases have become the main disease threatening the health of Yuxi residents. Therefore, emphasizing the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases is required. |
