| 摘 要： | 目的 强化科技期刊质量管理,解读中华医学会系列杂志质控标准。方法 对中华医学会杂志社有关审稿、编校和出版质量控制标准的核心内容进行解读,并以《中华妇产科杂志》为例,对学术和编辑加工质量控制进行细化分析。结果 提出科技期刊必须恪守科技道德和国家新闻出版的相关法律、法规;以同行评议和三审五定作为严把学术质量的重要手段;将编辑规范落实到论文的编辑加工、排版流程、刊出后检查各环节。结论 同行评议、三审五定是科技期刊学术质量的有效保障;严格执行编辑规范、坚持出刊后质检对规范期刊编辑出版质量有重要意义。

| Abstract: | [Purpose] Strengthening themanagementof sci-tech periodical quality and interpretation of the quality control standard of Chinese Medical Association journal.[Methodology] The core content of quality control standards about review ing,redaction and publishing for the Publishing House of Chinese Medical Association were interpretated.As a case study of the Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology,detailed analysis was carried out on the academic and editing processing quality control.[Findings] Sci-tech periodicalsmust adhere to science and technology ethics and THE national press and publication laws and regulations.Scitech periodicals should do peer review and 3 reriews（editorial department,peer-review and sem inar）5 discussions（editor,editor in charge,managing director,editor-in-chief,chief of the staff）as an importantmeans of strict academ ic quality;Sci-tech periodicals should implement editing specification into paper editing,typesetting process and checking after publication.[Conclusions] Peerreviewed and 3 reviews 5 discussions were effective guarantee to the academ ic quality of sci-tech periodicals,the strict editorial standard and the quality inspection after publication was of great significance. |
