摘    要:摘要:目的 探讨基于实训的基础护理学教学模式对大专护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法 用整群抽样方法抽取176名护理大专生,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组88名。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用基于实训的教学模式,教学前后分别用中文版评判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)测评两组护生的评判性思维能力。结果 教学前,两组护生评判性思维能力评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,试验组护生评判性思维能力评分高于教学前,且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于实训的基础护理学教学模式有助于培养学生的评判性思维能力。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of practical training-based teaching on critical thinking abilities of college nursing students. Methods By cluster sampling method, 176 college nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The students in the control group participated in traditional teaching model, while the students in the experimental group participated in practical training-based teaching model. The critical thinking abilities of both groups were tested by critical thinking disposition on inventory -Chinese version (CTDI-CV) before and after the training. Results There was no significant difference regrading the scores of critical thinking abilities between the two groups before the course (P>0.05). After the course, the scores of critical thinking abilities in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The practical training-based teaching model of fundamental nursing can effectively improve critical thinking abilities for college nursing students.
