载药中空微球研究进展

摘    要:
目的介绍载药中空微球的研究进展。方法对中空微球的制备方法以及体内外漂浮性能的评价方法进行综述。结果该剂型可以延长药物在胃内的滞留时间,提高生物利用度并减少给药次数。结论中空微球是具有开发潜力的漂浮系统,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:
Objective To review the research progress of drug-loaded hollow microspheres. Methods The preparation and floating characterization in vivo and in vitro of the hollow microspheres were introduced on the basis of related references. Results Hollow microspheres have the advantage of prolonging the gastric retention time, enhancing the bioavailability and decreasing dosing frequency. Conclusion Hollow microspheres are considered to be gastric floating drug delivery system with great development potential.
