| 摘 要： | [目的] 观察竹罐疗法治疗颈椎病不同留罐时间对疗效的影响。[方法] 将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均将自制竹罐浸泡于煮沸的药液中煎煮后进行拔罐,试验组留罐5 min,对照组留罐10 min.观察两组患者临床症状、体征。[结果] 对照组临床痊愈7例,显效11例,有效9例,总有效率为90%;试验组临床痊愈9例,显效8例,有效6例,总有效率为76.67%.[结论] 竹罐疗法治疗颈椎病留罐10 min疗效较留罐5 min尚不能认为有差异。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of therapies bamboo jar which treating cervical spondylosis in different treatment time remaining cans. [Methods] The 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group remaining cans 5 min. The control group remaining cans 10 min. Two groups of patients'' clinical symptoms and signs were observed. [Results] There were 7 patients in control group had clinical recovered and 11 had significant effect, and 9 had effect, and the total effective rate was 90%. There were 9 patients in experimental group had clinical recovered, and 8 had significant effect, and 6 had effect, and the total effective rate was 76.67%. [Conclusion] The efficacy of bamboojar therapy for cervical spondylosis leaving cans 10 min is better than leaving cans 5 min. |
