摘 要: | 肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer associated fibroblasts,CAFs)是肿瘤微环境(the tumor microenvironment, TME)中重要组成部分。大量研究发现,CAFs通过分泌表达各种因子、调节信号通路来形成一个更有利于肺癌增殖、侵袭转移的微环境,而且与肺癌的耐药、预后密切相关。该文将就CAFs在肺癌发展演变进程中的具体作用机制做一综述,以期为肺癌治疗寻找新的药物作用靶点,为改善肺癌患者的预后提供新的方向。

Role of cancer associated fibroblasts in the development and drug resistance of lung cancer |

Abstract: | Cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are an important component of the tumor microenvironment (TME). A large number of studies have found that CAFsform a microenvironment which is conducive to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of lung cancerby secreting and expressing various factors and regulating signal pathways.In addition, CAFsare closely related to the drug resistance and prognosis of lung cancer. This paper will review the specific mechanisms of CAFs in the development and evolution of lung cancer, in order to find new drug targets for the treatment of lung cancer and provide new directions for improving the prognosis of lung cancer patients. |
