超声向量血流成像的流体模型定量研究

摘    要:目的通过体外流体力学实验模型验证超声向量血流成像(VFM)流量测量的准确性。方法建立不同流速、流率的稳定流体的试验管道模型,在不同流速、流率下采用VFM方法测量管道内流量,比较VFM测得流量与实际流量的符合程度。结果VFM测得流量与实际流量呈高度线性相关(r=0.997,b=0.949,P=0.000),测量结果间误差为1.3%。结论VFM技术可准确测量流体流量,具有较高的测量重复性。

Abstract:Objective To verify the accuracy of vector flow mapping (VFM) in fluid quantification in vitro. Methods An experimental hydrodynamic model was established to provide stable flow at specified speed in vitro. The VFM measurement was performed to quantify the flow velocity and rate. The results of VFM quantification were compared with the actual flow rate to verify the accuracy of VFM method. Result The flow rate obtained by VFM measurement was significantly correlated with the genuine flow rate ( r = 0.997, b =0.949, P = 0.000). The within variability was 1.3%. Conclusion The VFM is an accurate method with high reproducibility in flow quantification.
