摘    要:心肌纤维化(myocardial fibrosis,MF)可见于多种心脏疾病,并与不良预后相关。心内膜活检是检测心肌纤维化的金标准,但因为其有创性限制了临床的广泛应用。超声心动图作为无创、便捷的影像学技术可为心肌纤维化提供无创的诊断信息,对评价心肌纤维化有重要意义。本文将对超声心动图在评价心肌纤维化中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Myocardial fibrosis (MF) can be seen in various heart diseases and is associated with poor prognosis. Endocardium biopsy is the gold standard for detection of myocardial fibrosis, but its wide clinical application is limited due to its invasive nature. Echocardiography, as a non-invasive and convenient imaging technique, can provide non-invasive diagnostic information for myocardial fibrosis and is of great significance for evaluating myocardial fibrosis. This article reviewed the application and research progress of echocardiography in evaluating myocardial fibrosis.
