不完全截骨牵张成骨重建犬下颌骨节段缺失的有限元模型建立

摘    要:目的建立不完全截骨牵张成骨重建犬下颌骨节段缺失的有限元模型。方法Mimics软件读取实验犬下颌骨CT资料形成几何模型,用Magics软件的cut工具进行切割,每部分用Magics的粘接功能连接,忽略咀嚼肌对下颌骨的约束,限制下颌关节横嵴的运动,MARC软件完成有限元分析。结果不完全截骨牵张成骨重建犬下颌骨节段缺失的有限元模型由5部分组成。以12 N的力进行牵张,发现当逐渐减小舌侧剩余皮质骨的宽度时,此区域VonMises应力逐渐增大,当皮质骨剩余1.4 mm时,此区域的Von Mises应力是34.60 MPa。结论运用专业软件可建立保留舌侧部分骨皮质的不完全截骨牵张成骨有限元模型,模拟牵张过程,对下颌骨进行生物力学模拟研究。
