| 摘 要： | 目的:研究消斑愈肾颗粒剂治疗大鼠实验性 IgA 肾病的作用机理。方法:采用口服牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和尾静脉注射葡萄球菌肠毒素 B(SEB)免疫复合法建立大鼠 IgA 肾病模型。随机分组,分别灌胃给予消斑愈肾颗粒剂、肾炎舒及强的松,另设正常组。观察消斑愈肾颗粒剂高剂量组40g(生药)·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)、低剂量组20g(生药)·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)及肾炎舒组6.3g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)、强的松组5.4mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)对其病变的影响。结果:消斑愈肾颗粒剂可以改善实验性 IgA 肾病大鼠血尿和蛋白尿,减轻肾脏的病理改变,减轻免疫复合物在肾组织中的沉积。结论:消斑愈肾颗粒剂对实验性 IgA 肾病有治疗作用。
