| 摘 要： | 目的:研究制备高效价人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的新方法。方法:运用组合利凡诺沉淀法和BaCO3吸附法纯化低效价HCG。结果:该法可将效价约为3000IU/mg的HCG纯化为效价为8000IU/mg左右的高效价HCG,平均活性回收率为63.81%。结论:该方法简便,成本低,便于实际推广。

| Abstract: | Aim:To improve the purification method of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) with high titer. Methods:Combinative application of rivanol precipitation method and BaCO3 adsorptive process was used to purify HCG of low titer. Results:The proposed method allowed the purification of HCG of 3 000 IU/mg to 8 000 IU/mg. The average recovery of biological activity was found to be 63.81%. Conclusion:This method is simple,low-cost and practical. |
