| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑内毛细血管瘤的MRI表现,提高对脑内毛细血管瘤的认识.方法 对经MR检查及手术病理证实的脑内毛细血管瘤6例进行总结及分析,分析其MRI特征并与病理结果对照.结果 6例脑内毛细血管瘤,分别位于脑桥、延髓、左右小脑半球、右侧颞叶、左侧额叶各1例;3例有亚急性出血,2例呈囊实变,1例为实性,MRI信号均不均匀;增强扫描6例病灶实体部分均显著不均匀强化,境界清楚;5例病灶实体内可见点状及细条状未强化分隔,1例可见"血管网":3例可见引流血管与病灶相连.结论 MRI对脑部毛细血管瘤有较高的诊断价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of capillary hemangioma in the brain to improve the diagnosis of capillary hemangioma. Methods The MRI findings were analyzed in 6 patients with pathologically confirmed capillary hemangioma in the brain to define the characteristic MRI features of capillary hemangioma.
