医用纳米羟基磷灰石的制备

摘    要:目的探讨超临界流体干燥制备医用纳米羟基磷灰石的方法。方法以Ca(NO3)2·4H2O和(NH4)2HPO4为原料,采用超临界流体干燥法(SCFD)制备了纳米羟基磷灰石,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),红外光谱(FTIR)等手段进行了表征。结果超临界干燥法制备的羟基磷灰石呈针状结晶,长度为100~200nm,宽度10~15nm。结论用溶胶凝胶结合超临界流体干燥法制备的纳米羟基磷灰石,具有结晶性好,分散性好、尺寸分布均匀,其结构与骨骼中的分级结构类似。

Abstract:Objective To study the method of Medical Nano-Hydroxylapatite Powder preparations.Methods Nano-hydroxylapatite powder were prepared by Sol-Gel and supercritical fluid dry method (SCFD) with Ca(NO_3)_2.4H_2O and (NH_4)_2HPO_4 as the starting materials.The power was characterized by the means of XRD,TEM and IR.Results The particle size of hydroxyapatite crystals by SCFD was small (length:100-200nm,width:10-15nm).Conclusion Nano-hydroxyapatite powder by SCFD has the advantages of narrow distribution and good dispersivity.The structure is similar to natural structure of bone.
