摘    要:2015年5月北京一家大型企业发生聚集性腹泻疫情,流行病学调查后收集现场样本,经过实验室检测确认该次疫情为鼠伤寒沙门菌暴发流行。分离到的18株鼠伤寒沙门菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)图谱带型一致,在北京市沙门菌PFGE数据库中未发现相同带型。药物敏感试验结果显示有一株菌株对12种抗生素耐药。这种耐药模式的出现提示需加强耐药监测。

Etiologic detection of an outbreak of Salmonella typhimurium infection in Beijing, 2015

Abstract:A cluster of diarrheal cases was reported in a big company in Beijing in May 2015, and Salmonella typhimurium outbreak was laboratory confirmed after epidemiological survey.The PFGE patterns of 18 strains isolated from the cases were the same, but different from that in Beijing Salmonella PFGE database. One of the 18 strains was resistant to 12 antibiotics, including ciprofloxacin and ceftriaxone, suggesting the necessity to strengthen drug resistance surveillance.
