摘    要:白内障是发展中国家最主要的视力损害和致盲原因,随着白内障患者的年轻化, 白内障和近视的相关性逐渐引起了人们的重视。在众多危险因素中,已证实不同人种、不同地区近视与核性白内障的发生发展有非常密切的关系。玻璃体液化与核性白内障发生发展的关系近年得到广泛关注,眼轴延长与玻璃体液化引起晶状体核硬化的机制是本领域研究的热点。本文综述了近视和核性白内障的流行病学研究、晶状体源性近视与核性白内障的相关研究、轴性近视与核性白内障的相关临床和基础研究等进展。

Abstract:Cataract is the main cause of global blindness and visual impairment in developing countries. Since the prevalence of the cataract tends to be younger ,the relationship between axial myopia and nuclear cataract has attracted widespread attention. Research indicates that myopia is one of the most important risk factors for nuclear cataract in different races and different regions. Axial myopia increases the extent of vitreous liquefaction . which is very important in the pathogenesis of nuclear cataract. Therefore. the relationship between vitreous liquefaction and nuclear cataract become a hot spot. This article reviews the progression of epidemiology, clinical and basic research between myopia and nuclear cataract in recent years.
