| 摘 要： | 代谢综合征(MS)又称胰岛素抵抗综合征,主要包括Ⅱ型糖尿病、肥胖、血糖调节异常、高血压和血脂异常等。早产儿追赶性生长可以弥补早产儿宫外发育迟缓的缺陷,提高其免疫功能,促进其智力运动的发育。但研究表明,追赶性生长与MS关系密切。本文主要对早产儿追赶性生长致成人期发生MS的机制、早期预测及干预进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Metabolic syndrome (MS),also known as insulin resistance syndrome,mainly includes type 2 diabetes,obesity,abnormal blood glucose regulation,hypertension and dyslipidemia.Catch-up growth of preterm infants may compensate to the deficiency of extrauterine growth retardation,improve innate immune function,and promote mental and physical development.But it has been shown that catch-up growth is closely related to MS.This review summarizes the mechanism,early prediction and intervention of MS in adulthood caused by catch-up growth in preterm infants |
