| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎的临床特点与诊治措施。方法:选取本院2006年～2010年门诊和住院的强直性脊柱炎患者130例,给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶进行治疗,疗程为6个月,观察本组病例的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,本组病例ESR、CRP、晨僵时间、扩胸试验、Schober试验分别为(50±23)和(18±15)、(49±24)、(3.0±1.1)和(4.3±1.7),治疗后分别为(17±7)、(14±7)、(16±11)、(3.3±1.4)和(5.1±2.2),治疗前与治疗后相比,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在强直性脊柱炎患者的临床诊治中,应做到及早确诊,并采取相应的治疗措施,以保障患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:In ankylosing spondylitis:clinical features and treatment measures.Methods:Select the hospital from 2006 to 2010 were in patients with ankylosing spondylitis130 cases,given oral sulfasalazine treatment,treatment for 6 months,this group of cases clinical curative effect observation.Results:Before treatment,the values of ESR,CRP,morning stiffness,Activity of thorax,Spinal mobility,were(50±23),(18±15),(49±24),(3.0±1.1),(4.3±1.7),after treatment,the values were(17±7),(14±7),(16±11),(3.3±1.4),(5.1±2.2),before and after the treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with ankylosing spondylitis clinical diagnosis and treatment,early diagnosis should do,and take the corresponding treatment measures to ensure the survival of patients with quality |
