| 摘 要： | 随着人口的老龄化，我国已成为老龄化国家，老年人上消化道疾病的发病率也随之升高，但是老年人作为特殊人群之一，其上消化道发病一定具有其自身的发病特征。因此，本文通过总结老年人常见上消化道疾病的发病特征，为临床医师诊治老年人上消化道疾病提供理论参考，从而更好的为老年人的健康保驾护航。

| Abstract: | As China has become an aging country, the incidence of upper gastrointestinal diseases among the elderly in China has also increased.However, as one of the special populations, the incidence of upper gastrointestinal diseases must have its own characteristics.Therefore, by summarizing the characteristics of common upper gastrointestinal diseases in the elderly, this paper provides a theoretical reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases in the elderly, so as to better escort the health of the elderly. |
