| 摘 要： | 目的 研究鼻腔黏膜接触点导致头痛患者的鼻腔解剖异常情况及鼻内镜手术治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析37例鼻腔黏膜接触点性头痛患者,经鼻窦CT扫描及鼻内镜检查评估鼻腔解剖异常情况,通过鼻内镜手术纠正解剖异常,术后进行疗效评估.结果 鼻腔黏膜接触点以鼻中隔偏曲及无偏曲的鼻中隔棘突与中鼻甲、下鼻甲接触最常见,嗅裂区接触亦较多,其他...
