Rosette formation with mouse erythrocytes defines a population of human B lymphocytes unresponsive to pokeweed mitogen.
Authors:G Lucivero   A R Lawton     M D Cooper
Abstract:Our studies indicate that rosette formation with mouse erythrocytes defines a subpopulation of human B lymphocytes positive for both sIgM, sIgD and C3 receptors but largely negative for IgG Fc receptors. These cells respond very poorly to PWM stimulation, even when reconstituted in culture with optimal numbers of autologous T cells and adherent cells.
