茵栀黄注射液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片佐治新生儿高胆红素血症

摘    要:目的观察茵栀黄注射液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片佐治新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予蓝光光疗、口服鲁米那、碱化血液、控制感染等治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄注射液和双歧杆菌四联活菌片,茵栀黄注射液2 mL.kg-1加入50 g.L-1葡萄糖液静脉滴注,每日1次,连用5 d;双歧杆菌四联活菌片每次1片,口服,每日2次,连用5 d;治疗前后抽取股静脉血查血清胆红素,并观察黄疸消退时间。结果2组治疗前血清胆红素值比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3天、第5天2组血清胆红素值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胆红素日均下降值明显大于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清胆红素降至102μmol.L-1以下所需时间及黄疸消退时间均短于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论茵栀黄注射液与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合佐治新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Yinzhihuang injection and Bacillus bifidus for treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn. Methods One hundred newborn with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, fifty cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with phototherapy, luminal, blood basification and infection prevention. Based on these, the patients in observation group were treated with Yinzhihuang injection(2 mL·kg^-1 , plus 5% glucose, intervenous drop infusion, once a day for five days) and Bacillus bifidus ( one tablet every time, twice per day for five days). The level of serum bilirubin and the regression time of jaundice were observed. Results There was no difference in the level of serum bilirubin between two groups before treatment. At the third and fifth day, the levels of serum bilirubin in two groups degraded obviously(P 〈0.01 ) ,and the level of serum bilirubin in observation group was lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The daily average value of bilirubin degression in observation group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The time of serum bilirubin value degraded to 102 μmol· L^-1 and the regression time of jaundice in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P 〈 0.01 ). There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of using Yinzhihuang injection and Bacillus bifidus to treat newborns with hyperbilirubinemia was preonunced.
