甲型副伤寒沙门菌疫苗靶标蛋白筛选技术及应用

摘    要:在引起伤寒、副伤寒的病原中,甲型副伤寒沙门菌所占的比例逐渐升高。我国每年均有不同程度的地方性甲型副伤寒流行及暴发,东南亚地区甲型副伤寒流行情况日趋严重。由于现在还没有针对甲型副伤寒沙门菌的疫苗,所以具有免疫原性蛋白的筛选及减毒全菌疫苗、亚单位疫苗的研制逐渐成为热点。随着甲型副伤寒沙门菌ATCC9150全基因组序列的公布,利用基因组和蛋白质组学的方法为研究甲型副伤寒沙门菌的疫苗靶标提供了良好的基础。本文综述了疫苗靶标蛋白的识别方法以及可能用于鉴别诊断或者疫苗有效靶标的潜在甲型副伤寒沙门菌抗原蛋白。
