| 摘 要： | 描述2011年江苏省首例W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎病例的临床和流行病学特点及应对措施评估。该病例是江苏省2011年发现和报告的首例W135群流脑病例,病程进展迅速并死亡;疫情应对没有针对性,属无效措施。应加强W135群流脑监测,实施规范地防控措施,对高危人群的W135型疫苗接种进行评估。
