| 摘 要： | 患儿,男,4个月。臀部、阴囊、股部红斑1个月。曾于多家医院诊断为尿布皮炎,治疗无效。患儿TPPA阳性,TRUST 1∶512,抗梅毒螺旋体IgM阳性。患儿父母均无皮疹,TPPA均阳性,母亲TRUST滴度1∶32;父亲TRUST滴度1∶64。患儿母亲孕期未进行围产期保健,否认梅毒诊治史,分娩时医院发现母亲血梅毒抗体阳性,未对患儿进行梅毒抗体检测。早期先天性梅毒症状缺乏特异性,容易误诊,医生应予以重视,对疑似梅毒患儿行梅毒抗体检测。

| Abstract: | A 4-month male infant presented with erythema for 1 month. He was misdiagnosed as diaper dermatitis with ineffective treatment. Laboratory tests of the infant showed positive for TPPA and anti-treponema IgM, TRUST titer was 1∶512. The parents had no lesions and the laboratory tests of parents showed positive for TPPA and the TRUST titers of the mother and father were 1∶32 and 1∶64 respectively. The mother did not receive perinatal health care during pregnancy and had no history of syphilis. The syphilis antibody of the mother detected during giving birth was positive, but no syphilis antibody test was performed for infant. Early congenital syphilis symptoms has no characteristics and easily to be misdiagnosed, doctors should pay attention to the patients with suspected syphilis and the syphilis antibody detection should be given. |
