| 摘 要： | 目的:了解和掌握心理干预对分娩的影响.方法:我院2007年1～7月住院待产初产妇296例,将其依数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各148例.对照组按常规护理并观察产程,观察组产妇在分娩过程中在常规护理基础上实施心理干预.结果:观察组产妇产程较对照组缩短,产后出血量较对照组显著减少(P＜0.01),阴道分娩率观察组72.97%,对照组59.46%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:在分娩过程中实施心理干预可缩短产程,减少产后出血,提高阴道分娩率.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the psychological intervention effect on parturition.Methods:To select 296 examples,divided into two groups,observing group(group1,n=148),Control group(group2,n=148) Psychological intervention was taken in group1,just tranditional observe was taken in group2.Result:Group 1 had shorter process and less bleeding amount than group 2(P<0.01).Group 1,the parturient rate from vagina,72.97%;Group 2,59.46%(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention during parturition can shorten parturient process and reduce the bleeding amount,improving the vagina parturient rate. |
