摘    要:目的:初步了解足癣患者足部真菌群落结构。方法:通过棉拭子擦拭的方法采集足癣患者病灶部位以及对称健康部位的样品,采用PCR扩增和高通量测序对ITS1区域进行分析,比较组间真菌群落的差异。结果:24个有效样本共检出283个属,其中毛癣菌属丰度最高,其病灶丰度为24.98%,显著高于健康组的6.22%(P<0.05)。α多样性指数显示病灶组与健康组的真菌多样性差异不显著(P>0.05),趾间病灶组和趾间健康组的真菌群落结构差异显著(P<0.05),对组间差异贡献最大的3个分类分别为裸囊菌科、毛孢子菌科和丛赤壳科。结论:足癣患者足部真菌种类繁多,群落结构复杂。

Abstract:Objective: To preliminarily determine skin fungal community in the patients with tinea pedis. Methods: The samples of skin fungal community in lesions and symmetrical healthy sites were collected by cotton swab wiping. The differences in fungal community between groups were compared by ITS1 region, which was analyzed by PCR amplification and high throughput sequencing. Results: In total, 283 genera were detected in 24 samples. The abundance of Trichophyton in lesions (24.98%) was higher than in symmetrical healthy sites (6.22%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). The α diversity indexes showed no significant difference in fungal diversity between lesions and control sites (P>0.05). Nevertheless, there was significant difference in the structure of fungal community between the interdigital lesions and the control sites (P<0.05). Furthermore, PCR analysis showed that the Arthrodermataceae, Trichosporonidae and Nectriaceae contributed most to the differences in fungal community structure. Conclusion: The skin fungal community in the patients with tinea pedis exhibited tremendous diversity and complex structure.
