| 摘 要： | 腔镜下甲状腺全切除术具有一定的手术难度，如何较为简易而快速切除全叶甲状腺，保护好喉返神经是手术中的重点。作者认为：超声刀在游离甲状腺各个边界时，合理使用超声刀止血充分的特点，利用手术技巧，推移开甲状腺周围组织，显露并确定好喉返神经，是较为快速、完整切除甲状腺的主要方法。

| Abstract: | Endoscopic thyroidectomy remained a certain degree of surgical difficulty. How to perform a more simple total thyroidectomy with well protection of recurrent laryngeal nerve is the key point. The author propose that by using ultrasonic scalpel could dissect thyroid more easier. The rational use of ultrasonic scalpel could achieve adequate hemostasis and better expose and protection of the recurrent laryngeal nerve. It could achieve a more rapid and complete removal of thyroid by this method. |
