5-氨基酮戊酸乳膏光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌前病变和浅表皮肤肿瘤疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-ALA-PDT)治疗皮肤癌前病变和浅表皮肤肿瘤的疗效。方法:对7例日光性角化病、5例基底细胞癌、2例鲍温病、1例乳房外paget病患者进行5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-ALA-PDT)治疗。结果:随访6个月,7例日光性角化病患者中,6例患者皮损获得完全缓解,1例部分缓解;5例基底细胞癌患者中,2例完全缓解,2例部分缓解,1例无反应。2例鲍温病患者均获得完全缓解;1例乳房外paget病患者部分缓解。结论:使用5-ALA-PDT治疗皮肤肿瘤,疗效好、痛苦小、美容效果满意,特别适合一般情况差,难以耐受手术的特殊患者,可在临床工作中进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy( 5-ALA-PDT)on precancerous changes and superficial skin cancer. Methods:Seven patients with actinic keratosis( AK),5 patients with basal cell cancer( BCC),2 patients with Bowen's disease and 1 patient with extramammary Pagetˊs dis-ease were given topical 5-ALA followed by PDT. Results:After followed-up for 6 months,7 patients with AK,2 pa-tients with BCC,2 patients with Bowen's disease achieved complete remission( CR),1 patient with AK,2 patients with BCC,1 patient with extramammary Pagetˊs disease achieved partial remission( PR). No response was observed in BCC patients. Conclusion:Topical 5-ALA-PDT is a simple,effective and new treatment with excellent cosmetic re-sults for precancerous changes and superficial skin cancer.
