| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨门冬氨酸钾镁葡萄糖注射液(益乐)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组应用益乐250mi。静脉滴注，同时联合应用甘利欣注射液30mL 10％葡萄糖注射液250m静脉滴注，每日一次。对照组给予甘利欣治疗，两组疗程均为一个月。治疗前后各检测肝功能，HBsAg，HBeAg及HBV-DNA。结果 治疗组疗效显著高于对照组。结论 益乐治疗慢性乙型肝炎退黄疗效显著. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of YILE in the therapy of hepatitis B. METHOD 60 cases chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into the therapy group and control group at random. Each group had 30 patients. The therapy group applied YILE(spartase glucose parenteral solution) by introverous administration 250mL everyday, at the same time GANLIXIN was given 30mL everyday. The control group was treated with GANLIXIN. Both groups had a course of 1 month. Liver function, HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS The effect of therapy group was better than that of control group significantly.CONCLUSION YILE has good effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. |
