| 摘 要： | 近年来，出生缺陷日益成为突出的公共卫生问题，出生缺陷综合防治能力亟待加强。感染是引发出生缺陷的重要原因之一，尤其是病毒性病原体的感染。了解不同病原的致病机制，有利于采取有效的防治措施，消减胎儿发育改变，降低早产率，提高存活率。本文主要对具有致畸活性的病毒宫内感染对胎儿发育的影响、对新生儿产生的短期和长期后果以及病毒的传播特征、实验室检测手段和主要预防措施进行综述，以提高人们的认识，采取有效措施，减少因病毒感染引发的出生缺陷。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years,birth defects have become a prominent public health problem.Intrauterine infection is one of the important cause of birth defects,especially virus infections.Understanding the pathogenic mechanism of the virus pathogens is helpful for the effective prevention and treatment to prevent the change of proper fetal development,reduce the rate of premature delivery and improve the survival rate.This review summarizes the influence of intrauterine infection of virus with teratogenic activity on fetal development,short-term and long-term outcomes of neonates affected,characteristics of virus transmission,laboratory detection methods and main prevention measures to improve the awareness of the public to take effective measures for the purpose of reducing the birth defects caused by intrauterine virus infection. |
