| 摘 要： | 对浙江省金华市首例人感染猪链球菌病病例的诊治经过、流行病学史进行调查，总结病例特征并为疾病防控提供建议。病例血液中检出猪链球菌血清2型菌株，临床分型为普通型，感染途径为接触病死猪。建议加强猪链球菌病监测、健康教育及职业暴露人群个人防护。

| Abstract: | To understand the diagnosis,treatment and epidemiological characteristics of the first human infection with Streptococcus suis in Jinhua,Zhejiang province,and provide scientific evidence for the disease control.Streptococcus suis serotype 2 was detected in the blood sample the case,which belonged to common clinical type.The infection source was sick or dead swine.It is necessary to strengthen the Streptococcus suis surveillance,health education and protection of population with occupational exposure. |
