| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨连续护理干预对老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪及睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选择老年脑卒中患者112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各56例。对照组患者进行常规护理干预，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用连续护理干预。对2组患者干预前后的抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分情况及干预后睡眠障碍改善情况进行比较。结果:观察组干预后的抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均明显低于干预前和对照组 （P < 0.01）。观察组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分的降低程度均明显优于对照组（P < 0.01）。结论:对老年脑卒中患者实施连续护理干预，可明显减轻患者的负性情绪，改善患者的睡眠障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of continuous nursing intervention on the negative emotion and dyssomnia in elderly patients with stroke.Methods: One hundred and twelve elderly patients with stroke were randomly divided into the observation and control group(56 cases each group).The control group were nursed with routine intervention,and the observation group were nursed with continuous nursing intervention based on routine intervention.The scores of SAS and SDS before and after intervention,and the improvement of dyssomnia after intervention between two groups were compared.Results: The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention and those in control group(P < 0.01).The decreasing degree of the score of PSQI in observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions: Continuous nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke can effectively relieve the negative emotion and improve the sleep quality. |
